Kardio is your fitness companion that aims to make fitness fun. Our app pairs with Apple HealthKit and your Apple Watch to track your heart rate so you can earn points to compete against yourself, friends, and family.
Our goal at Kardio is to build a community of people who come together to support each other on their fitness journey. We believe that we can help build a healthier you, so that you can be the best version of yourself in every other part of your life.
Key features include:
- Tracking and displaying your workouts with additional heart data,
- Competing with friends in weekly competitions,
- Seeing exercise frequency to hold each other accountable, and
